Mr. Marsden has spent 18 years in the Financial Services
industry including 11 at the Federal Reserve.
Over the course of his career, he has developed and managed enterprise-wide
risk management based programs and processes including Data Governance, Release
Management and Data Loss Prevention.
During his tenure with the Fed, he was responsible for developing
a Trust Model between The Federal Reserve and The U.S. Department of Treasury
through mapping NIST policies to Federal Reserve policies and controls. He is currently responsible for Stifel
Financial’s Information Security strategy, policy and oversight.
Mr. Marsden resides in St. Louis with his wife and three
children, all of whom have very secure passwords.
